Demo

Request a demo and see answers built from your own sources

Share your college, role, and the questions you want answered first. We will show sourced answers, building an assistant, source approval, and reports on those questions, and we will state data handling, retention, and accessibility plainly.

What the demo covers

Four parts, on the questions you bring

Bring a short list of the questions students and staff ask most, plus the college pages you would approve as sources. The demo uses sample college sources only and needs no student record details.

Sourced answers

Ask a question and read the answer with linked sources, a last checked date, a helpful or not helpful rating, and a plain not-known message with a handoff office.

Building an assistant

See how a college names an assistant for one job, such as admissions and financial aid, IT help, or student services, chooses approved sources, and tests answers before publishing.

Source approval and governance

See how a source is added with an owner office and review date, approved or returned with a note, and retired when it is out of date. Only governance roles approve, and no one approves their own submission.

Reports and the work queue

See usage, satisfaction, and unanswered questions by college and assistant, with every headline number opening the list behind it, and the queue staff work each week.

We use this only to reply to you. Do not add student record details to this form.

Thank you. We will be in touch within one business day.
What happens next

What to expect, and when to expect a reply

  1. We reply within one business day

We confirm your college, role, and the questions you want answered first, and we agree a time that works for your team.

  2. We walk through the four parts above

We use your questions and the pages you would approve, then show how the website widget and the signed-in app use the same approved sources.

  3. We answer procurement, IT, and compliance questions plainly

We cover where data is kept, how long each college rule keeps it, who can view full questions, session-only mode, sign-in through the college identity provider, and accessibility testing. A VPAT and a HECVAT are completed during evaluation, and no security certification is claimed until it is held.

What to bring to the walkthrough

  • A short list of the questions asked most, by office.
  • The college pages or files you would approve as sources first.
  • The office that should take handoffs for each assistant.
  • Your IT contact for sign-in and file connections, and your accessibility contact.

Scope and sizing follow a pilot usage study. We will describe the pricing approach and the pilot steps in the walkthrough and will not ask for student record details to do it.
